Hi Dulcey,
That is legally possible, although it would not affect the situation in regard to ownership of the beach described above. Also, such arrangements have specific tax and legal implications. You should seek professional legal and financial advice before putting property into a corporation.

Jim, if you are a Mexican citizen there is no need to use a trust to buy a beach-side property. However, non-Mexicans must purchase property near beaches and land borders by means of a trust. A law-bill that proposed to do-away with the trust requirement failed and so the property trust system remains. Regardless of whether you’re Mexican or foreign, you can never own the beach itself as that is Federal property.
